Yahoo! puts out more web services in a year than Google has done in its history. Most of them go unnoticed. Here’s a Link Up to a recently updated service put out by good folks at Yahoo! It’s called Upcoming - Events & Things to Do. Idea is simple. You are either searching or creating events. Other folks get to join in on the fiesta! (or political debate or what have you). This may be your kind of thing. Check it out.

I can’t believe I haven’t had any TED posts here! TED started off as a small invite-only conference highlighting innovations, trends, and future in Technology Entertainment Design (hence, TED). The conference is now streamed online every year. Although it is still invite-only, now there is a way to get invited. If you have never seen TED videos, you are missing out… BIG TIME! So, here’s one of my recent favs. Go to TED.com and check out videos on Science, entertainment, Politics, Business and much much more. Some of the best minds of our time have a lot to share. So, here I am, sharing their joy.
